How It Works

• Choose your print. ​ This is the fun part! My fabric supplier, Pinecrest Fabrics, offers thousands of digital designs in an enormous range of colors, themes and styles. Browse their collection and see what catches your eye. Many digital prints can even be adjusted in color or scale, so don't immediately rule out a design you love just because the colors aren't quite right. See something you like? Send me the print name or number and I'll confirm that it's suitable and available for your team order. Please don't purchase fabric directly—I'll handle the fabric order and all the details once we've finalized your selection.

• 25-leotard minimum per print. Tanks are $40 each, so a 25-leotard team order starts at $1,000.
• Other FlipFlop back styles are available. Open Back $42 each; Cross Back $45 each.
• $800 fabric deposit is due once the final print is approved and before I place the fabric order. The remaining balance is due when your leotards are completed.
• Allow 6–8 weeks for the fabric to arrive. We'll agree on a production schedule and a deadline for submitting sizes before the order is placed. Team orders receive priority in my sewing schedule once the fabric arrives.
• Free domestic shipping is included.

Why a 25-Leotard Minimum?
In order to have fabric produced in the print of your choice, my fabric supplier requires a substantial minimum purchase. For that reason, the Signature Gym Print Program requires a minimum commitment of 25 tank leotards at $40 each and an $800 fabric deposit when your print is confirmed. Of course, you're certainly not limited to 25!

What Happens to the Remaining Fabric?
I purchase the entire required quantity of your selected fabric and retain any fabric remaining after your initial order. That's good news when your team changes! If a new gymnast joins or someone outgrows her leotard, I can usually make a matching replacement quickly without requiring another minimum order.
Although it is my usual practice to wait for a period of time before offering a team-selected print on the FlipFlop Leos website, no specific exclusivity period is guaranteed.​

Is My Print Exclusive?
​No. With thousands of prints available, your team has an opportunity to choose something distinctive that reflects your own style and colors, but I cannot guarantee that a print will be exclusive to your gym. The designs are commercially available, so another gym, group or manufacturer could independently select the same print.
Likewise, your selection is not permanently exclusive within FlipFlop Leos. As explained above, I may eventually use the remaining fabric for my regular retail collection.

Would You Prefer a Solid Color?
Solid-color team leotards are also available and can be a great blank canvas for your gym to embellish with its own rhinestones, crystals, vinyl or logo design. Solid-color orders have different fabric requirements, so contact me for minimums and pricing.

A Signature Look for Your Gym
​These leotards aren't intended to replace your competition leotards. They're an affordable way to give your gymnasts a distinctive, coordinated look for exhibitions, parades, demonstrations, team photos, special events—or simply those times when you want everyone representing your gym to look like a team.
